Training

Following a needs analysis with private advisory sector participants, the project team has developed nine agricultural extension training modules. Advisers involved in the trials pilot tested the modules and provided feedback for further refinement of the training modules. The modules offer a professional development pathway for private sector advisers and aim to facilitate their increased engagement in key agricultural extension functions.
